ORDER PROCESSING/DISPATCH
Order processing usually takes up to 1-4 business days.
This includes CLICK AND COLLECT Orders.
Dispatch will be between 1-4 business days if the warehouse has stock available.
Once our warehouse receives your order, your order will be dispatched as soon as possible. If order processing will be longer than 3-4 business days, you will be notified. This traditionally only happens if we have issues with our suppliers.

Oz General Store strives to provide the best standard of delivery possible. We offer nationwide delivery around Australia and international delivery to all major countries around the world. We pride ourselves on the fact that our orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days of order. Warehouse packs orders to the highest standard to ensure products arrive safely to our loyal customers.

Regarding delivery through Oz General Store – we use Sendle as our primary who use Courier Please, TGE, and Aramex. We do not accept PO Box addresses as we don't use Australia Post. These companies offer fast delivery and tracking with all items dispatched.
PLEASE NOTE: Some larger or heavier items will need a custom quote that is not covered under any of our postage options – if this occurs, we’ll get in touch and notify you of the additional cost needed to cover freight. Any orders over 1m in length or over 22 kg can not be shipped to PO Boxes.
Here at Oz General Store, we dispatch our orders within 1-4 business days, but once in the hands of the delivery company, we unfortunately can’t control the time it takes to arrive. Please understand that sometimes a third party is used and your ETA may be longer.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS – Please note our website is automatically adjusted to your local currency in order to provide the best price for you, but if you request a Tax Invoice, it will be in Australian Dollars.
