The Car-Rep Adhesive 500ml is a quick-drying spray adhesive designed for bonding a wide range of lightweight materials and surfaces. Suitable for paper, cardboard, fabric, felt, rubber, fibreglass, cellular plastic and most compatible plastics, the adhesive works effectively across both smooth and rough surfaces. Please Note: Car-Rep Adhesive is not suitable for vinyl plastic or vinyl surfaces.

The Car-Rep Spray Adhesive provides flexibility for both temporary positioning and permanent bonding. For temporary fixing, apply adhesive to only one of the surfaces being joined. For a stronger, permanent bond, spray the adhesive onto both surfaces. This makes it a practical solution for everything from lightweight repairs and upholstery projects to crafts, automotive applications and general workshop tasks.

Application Instructions

Shake the aerosol can thoroughly for approximately 1 minute before use, and shake periodically during application. Both the adhesive and the materials being bonded should be at room temperature, approximately +16°C to +32°C.

Spray evenly from a distance of approximately 20cm and allow the adhesive to dry as directed before joining the surfaces.

After use, clean the nozzle according to the manufacturer's instructions to help prevent blockage and maintain reliable spray performance.

Always test compatibility on a small, inconspicuous area before use, particularly when working with plastics, coated materials or unfamiliar surfaces.
