How to use:

SITUATION:
MILKING PLANTS:
After the initial rinse, add sufficient ENVIRO ALKALI WASH to the reservoir to suit the water volume to be circulated. The wash step should be 3 to 5 minutes at 65°C-85°C. All milk contact surfaces should be rinsed and sanitized prior to the next milking.

RATE:
30mL per 10L(Soft water conditions) or
50mL per 10L(Hard water conditions)*

MILK VATS – AUTO WASH:
As above but with a maximum temperature of 75°C, ideally used after a warm rinse.

CRITICAL COMMENTS
1. Ensure safety glasses are worn when filling reservoirs or making up cleaning solutions.
2. Care should be taken if adding ENVIRO ALKALI WASH to the make-up tank. Use a small initial volume of warm water (<50°C). Note: A violent reaction may occur if added directly to boiling water.
3. Above 300ppm is considered as Hard Water conditions.
* The water hardness can be tested by
your representative.
