ATF 33 is special purpose, premium mineral, non-friction modified, red coloured automatic transmission fluid designed for Type F transmissions that specify M2C33-F or Ford SQM-2C9007-AA specifications
Application
ATF 33 is designed for use in older Ford transmissions and power steering systems wherever a Ford Type F or G fluid is recommended. It can also be used in manual transmissions that specify this type of fluid. Examples include pre-1982 Ford Australia automatic transmissions, all pre-1980 Ford vehicles, GA and GB series Meteor and certain models of Austin, Citroen, Daihatsu, Daimler, Hillman, Humber, Jaguar, Leyland, MG, Mazda, Nissan (Datsun), Range Rover, Riley, Rolls Royce, SAAB, Suzuki, Toyota, Triumph, Vanden Plas, Volvo and Wolseley.
ATF 33 is also suitable for drag car transmissions where a non-friction modified fluid is required. Ideal for use in Turbo 350 and 400 transmissions and others that may require this type of fluid to improve power transfer without slippage. It should not be used where where Dexron® or Mercon type fluids are specified. Not suitable for on-road vehicles where a smooth shift is required, or within warranty service. Use of this product in such transmissions may result in damage to friction surfaces.
ATF 33 is suitable for use in passenger cars, light commercial vehicles
