Abrasoft is ideal for sanding contoured and irregular surfaces that cannot be easily accessed by sanding machines. It is very useful within the automotive industry and the car repair sector. The thin foam base allows the user to put pressure evenly, thus decreasing the risk of sanding through the surface. The special serrated coating provides maximum load resistance. Coarser grits are suitable for sanding putty whilst finer grits are suitable for primed or lacquered surfaces.

The 135sp Abrasoft series is suitable for automotive, wood and veneer finishing. The Aluminum Oxide grains provide fast sanding results, while the open coat structure and the serrated top coat enhance durability and prevent clogging and loading.

The foam backing is suitable for hand sanding of corners, angles of plastic car body parts and all difficult shapes of furniture. The foam allows pressure to be applied evenly, thus reducing the risk of sanding through the surface.
